He allegedly walked into the center dance floor of a bar, and shot himself. This took place after an FBI training session earlier that day. FBI and Austin Police requested everyone to destroy any evidence they have, which is odd for an investigation.

The Container Bar

Located in Austin, Texas, The Container Bar (map) is where the suicide took place. The Austin Police and FBI cleared out the bar and had everyone delete any evidence they might have had. They were also told to keep off of social media regarding the suicide.

The FBI has not yet commented on the investigation.

Sal was in Austin training new agents before going to the bar. He was allegedly dancing and drinking before committing suicide. There are also rumors circulating that the bartender, among others, had body armor on before the shot was fired.
