Election Fraud 2020 (Work in Progress)

Hammer and Scorecard

Former CIA Contractor, Dennis Montgomery, is the creator of a supercomputer called “The Hammer”. It’s original purpose was to track possible threats to the United States following the attack on the Twin Towers on 9/11. The Hammer was a legal foreign intelligence tool until it was repurposed in 2009. The Obama Administration dismantled the original Hammer, and turned it into a new supercomputer that is currently located in Fort Washington, Maryland. Once done, the Hammer became a tool used for domestic spying and blackmail operations carried out by the CIA. John Brennan and James Clapper, both of which Montgomery worked for, operated this new Hammer.

The software system the Hammer runs on is called “Hamr”, and the program used to shift votes in real time is called the “Scorecard”. Scorecard uses an algorithm that can automatically switch one candidates votes to the opposing candidate. Montgomery himself has become a whistleblower, and has confirmed the voting program, as well as spying he was ordered to do on President Trump. The American Report covers both the Trump Campaign Spying, and Montgomery building the Hammer.
